There are 17.5 inches from the narrow end of the sleeve board to the mount. However, if you have the gauntlet opening of the shirt sleeve downward toward the mount, then you will likely be able to use the entire board for that part of the sleeve/cuff.

It does not fold flat..It stands 6.5 inches tall.

what is the measurement at the smallest/narrowest end?

My board has 2 sides, one side is a rectangle, the other is tapered . The tip of the tapered side is 1 and 1/3 inches wide. About mid way down the board it measures just under 3 inches.
