Where is this product made?

It sure but I would not order this item! Very poor quality.

Instructions for putting together? I almost believe I was sent the wrong parts. Looks like two small individual barbells rather than one.

I have no intention of offering any reviews. After giving more then ten positive and informative views which were posted, I gave a negative review about paying $9.25 for Greased Lightening when it sells for $2.65 in the dollar stores. I presented my complaint in reasonable language, no curse words, and Amazon refused to post it, saying it was not within the parameters of its guidelines and rules. When I asked what rule I had violated with my complaint, no response was forthcoming. Ergo, since you only post positive information supplied by me, I will abstain from answering any queries concerning products I have purchased from Amazon.

What is this product made out of? Plastic? Non toxic?

Very cheap plastic. Don't waste your money. Within 20 minutes or giving it to him, my 4 year old broke the bar.
