The Twelve Powers of Man Paperback – December 11, 2013

When you consider yourself a true Bible scholar, you gain an appetite for other perspectives. I have recently read "The Power of Now" and "The New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle as well as the "Science of the Mind" by Ernest Holmes - all of which brings one out of their comfort zone. A true study of the scriptures brings you to a place outside of yourself and these books help to answer some questions, as well as challenge the reader to dig deeper for a true relationship with our Creator - it is different for each one of us, but oh, so worth the journey!

This book is definitely written by a genius, enlightened mystic, which is Mr. Charles Fillmore. He is giving a metaphysical perspective to the bible and Christ Jesus as the Master teacher.Definitely buy it, read it and also try to listen to the audio version on youtube.Most of his explanations will resonate with you.

The most amazing, informative literature I've ever read..should be read along side the Bible...people are to busy arguing about who or what is real and COMPLETELY ignoring the lesson..

I love Fillmore's books. This is a cheaply printed copy. Like cheap prints, the font is tiny and I have to wear cheaters to read it. I wonder if footnotes, as in Bible references, are left off, as I have to look up most Biblical quotes. In retrospect I should have gotten a better quality copy. But it is an excellent book, nonetheless, an excellent guide to metaphysical christianity.

I was reading Fillmore's Metaphysical Dictionary, to assist with my reading of the Bible, and found it to completely change my understanding of the Bible so I decided to read the entire thing and see if he wrote any other books I might like and I stumbled on this one in Amazon.com. "Fortunate Happenstance." Fillmore's insights into the Bible clarify and clean away all the mumbo-jumbo and explain, what I think to be, the real Truth of the Holy Trinity's available guidance to lead one to achieve complete unity with the Christ Mind and the science of Eternity. The fundamentalist, I'm afraid, would probably scoff at this, put it down and miss out on the most beautiful aspect of life, given to us all by God; if we only have the wherewithal to put aside our stubbornness and tepidity and let Him gently bring us in-line with Him. If you’re into spirituality then this is a must read

Charles Fillmore was a man before his time. The more I learn about his ideas and thoughts, the more I want to know. The book is well written but the subject matter is thick. Takes time for me to get my head around what is being shared.

Charles Fillmore is one of the most educational books; I have not completed this book, but the little that I have read,helped me to understand the bible much better.

as a son brought up in a strong black christian household, this made sense to me. but anyways this is a good book for chritians also aswell as occultists. From the cover ud think its one of those business and money attraction book, it really isnt. This breaks down easy the 12 disciples that followed jesus in a metaphysical perspective (inner aspects of the human or soul). must have to have on the shelf

A Mix match of Christian belief and Hindu hogwash the Unity School of Christianity has the wrong name and its a Cult that is NOT Christian but the Filmores who formed this sect certainly made Millions out of this religious cult .
