Q: What can i do about water collecting in the bottom after cleaning? Just to be clear not in the flask secrion, water collects in the black stand.

Personally I don't immerse the flask in water I rinse it out put a little washing up liquid in and fill with hot water leave to soak then rinse out with cold water tip up and leave to dry in a dish rack.. Amazon website says 'hand wash only '

Q: Can I have a receipt please

You'll have to print one using your printer and go into accounts etc to find invoice for product is select from orders product and is should invoice tab select and then print 100 GSM paper with watermark should get things moving along ,you can then select picture frames to frame A4 sheet of paper invoice etc You could also print the confirm acknowledgement for order email .
