Absolutely awful model, looks like a child sculpted it.
Pros:It represents King Ghidorah, sort of.Mildly passable from several feet away, if you squint to hide the glaring issues.Cons:Nothing fits properly. The finished model ended up being equal amounts of putty and model kit.All seams are mismatched and ugly, spent hours carving details with a rotary tool. The heads are awful, distorted and don't match one another in detail or scale. One of the worst model sculpts I've ever seen.It doesn't even fit well on the base.I gave up trying to hide all the errors on the heads after a while and decided I would sculpt new ones sometime in the future, maybe?!?The wings are so cartoonish I may replace them as well. All objects on the base are woefully out of scale. The model itself has no set scale and looks stupid next to any of my Godzilla models. Conclusion:Sculpt one from scratch it will look far superior even if you aren't a sculptor.

So-So Model That Needs Extra Work in Order to Shine
I noticed a lot of polarized reviews before buying this model, but I wanted a companion piece to my Godzilla model kit and a bit of challenge, so I bought it anyway. I’m overall happy with my end product, but this thing required a lot of prep work. The ‘snap fit’ is iffy at best and I strongly recommend gluing it together as you build or else you will NOT be having a good time (this is especially true for the heads!!). I even sanded down and sawed off a few areas to improve the fit. Putty is a MUST for the massive seam on the body. Ghidorah is advertised as a beginner kit, but it’s really not. I would only recommend it to those who have some confidence in their skills.Yet despite the initial prep (and the model being smaller than the Godzilla made by the same company lol), I had a lot of fun learning how to paint and modify the more difficult parts of this model. With a bit of extra prep, paint and love King Ghidorah looks really good on my shelf now. I’m trying to get better at modding kits and I had fun experimenting with this one. Plus, it’s the only model of the iconic monster right now that doesn’t cost $50+

And I thought the Godzilla was bad…
Holy moly! Run. Run now. This three-headed monster is a BEAST to put together. The mouths took me for-ev-er… If you didn’t read that like Squints from The Sandlot, you’re doing life wrong.Basically… no, don’t do it. Just buy a statue or something. Maybe a Bandai toy or two. Skip this thang.

Breaks easily during assembly
Breaks easily during set up. I still have it not assembled because with broken pieces my son couldn’t put it together

Awesome Model
This is a great looking model and uses the same molds as the original Aurora Monsters of the Movies model from the 1970's . It is snap together so it's easy to put together. Might just buy another one.
