Crawling Mode and Walk Baby, 3 Years and Above

This product arrived in a timely manner BUT the crawling/walking did not work. The baby made sounds and I could hear a gear turning, but the legs did not move (I followed directions exactly). I ended up returning the baby, and the company was very good about issuing me a refund. I'm going to re-order a new one and I'm hoping that the doll I received was just a dud and not the standard for the product.
