Q: Does this work with the clean and fill system as a replacement for the syphon size it comes with?

This tube has no connecting adapters. It is simply a tube with a 6’ hose, for siphoning to a bucket. That said, I brace an open hose of my 25’ python and run the hose end of the long-thin (1” x 24”) siphon into it, to drain outside. As long as you keep the hose inside the larger python hose, it’s a great way (albeit slow) to carefully clean gravel between plants and rocks.

Q: What is the hose diameter? Is it the same as mini hose diameter?

Inner diameter is 1/2 " and outside diameter is 11/16".

Q: I have a tall tank and bought the long version. The suction is not enough to remove debris/poop/old food. How can I increase the flow?

Lower the bucket you catch the water in will make the suction stronger
