Q: How do i get my bottom corners to click back into place when i am carrying my ipad around folded up? they two corners at the bottom don’t seem to go

You need to apply enough pressure or buy a cover that fits.

Q: Does the pencil holder detach or is the closing strap double as a pencil holder?

The pencil is held firmly in place on the edge of the iPad by a magnet, which also charges the pencil. That tab is not a “holder”, but a plastic part of the case that makes it easier to put the pencil there and does hold it in alignment. The strap makes it more secure.

Q: Can the smart keyboard be folded all the way to the back of the ipad as it does without the uag case?

Yes, but the case is more snug around the iPad if the keyboard is not there. Still, it accommodates the keyboard if imperfectly.

Q: does the cover flap fold completely out of the way (flat)? i'm needing something that I can place in a tablet stand yet leave it in it's case

It does not. It's a nice case, but it doesn't lie flat when you open it. I purchased another one that did not have a flap for that very reason. The screens on the tablets use gorilla glass, which is very durable. The flap is very floppy and gets in the way if you don't use it as a stand.
