Excellent, super sharp
I’ve always wanted a proper boning knife and this is exactly what I was hoping for. I have deboned several items and it makes quick work of getting the job done. Right out of the packaging it is the sharpest knife I have in my kitchen and I thought my knives were pretty sharp. Highly recommend.

Great knife for trimming proteins - I use it for cleaning silver skin from beef and pork fillets, cleaning fish, trimming chicken parts - you name it.

Check out my 6" boner!
...always wanted to say that, but usually it's generally inappropriate in polite company. Not here.This 6" long boning knife is absolutely razor sharp and easily slices meat from bone. It is an excellent addition to my existing Wusthof Classic kitchen knife arsenal. Definitely one of the most valuable knives in the kitchen for the home chef and I'm finding myself using it for slicing tasks as well because it's just so handy and maneuverable.Worth every penny.

A Great Trimming Knife
It's very sharp for trimming brisket fat. I only buy Wusthof knives, sharp, long lasting and dishwasher safe for some. I put this knife in a dishwasher and survived.
