Easy and comfortable to walk with
This was ordered in anticipation of a hand surgery. It was perfect as there was no pressure needed to maneuver the UrEscort. It was easy to assemble and to adjust to my height. It rolls smoothly. As I was only using one hand if I leaned to the side, the walker felt capable of tipping. This may depend on how tall the forearm rests need to be or on how active you are doing things.I love the “arms” that make rising from a seated position very easy. The storage bag attaches easily and can also be easily removed to carry in your hand or with the shoulder strap. The hook is handy to hang a sack from the brake area. I did not attach the cup holder but it was included. Many seniors asked me about the upright walker and I related that it made for very comfortable walking and promoted standing up straight. My final comment is the lovely bluish turquoise color is a plus and distinguishes the walker from others.I am glad I made this purchase.

Is As Stated In Description
This was easy to put together. Adjustments are made quickly. It folds down easily to fit in a car's trunk. I bought this for my father, but have not taken it to him yet. I tested it out around my house, and I could maneuver around it. It fit through all my house's interior doors except 2, which are small pocket doors, and I didn't expect to fit through them. It is easy to roll around and very comfortable. The assembly of the item was easy; however, there was a few areas of confusion. Overall, it took about 20 minutes to unpack and assemble. I would most definitely recommend it.

Great Product
My husband loves this!!! It was easy to put together and loves the fact he can stand up and not have to bend over. It has a lot of features, the wheels are great, runs smoothly, easy to navigate. Light enough to get in and out of vehicle. The brakes work well.

My care giver likes it so that changes evetything
This item is way too heavy for an elderly or disabled person to manage getting it up or down stairs or in and out of a car by ones self so I was ready to send it back. But it was fun to assemble-yes fun so I persevered Lego/like experience. Once assembled, it is quite sturdy and both my husband & caregiver like it. Yes, it’s too heavy for me to manage, but he can walk about a block now occasionally using the seat. He likes the seat as it is taller than those on the more common walkers. If he walks more, that’s great. So he wins. We keep it. I’ll just have to start weightlifting.

Please don't buy this walker.
After the warranty ran out my husband was using this walker and the handle that is welded to the walker broke off. He fell and we had to call paramedics to get him off the floor. We are in the hospital as of now and they are assessing to see if he has broken his hip. Be very aware of this.

Very easy to fold and unfold. No
I generally use a cane, but find that walking on uneven ground is difficult and painful. Husband and I like to attend outdoor events in warmer months. Used walker for five hours at one of these events and had nopain or difficulty despite very uneven ground with many different surfaces. The seat is comfortable and pouch in front ideal for keeping my purse. Attention to detail on this walker is remarkable. It even has a loop to hold a cane.

THE BEST EVER EXCEPT FOR ONE STUPID THING
I HAVE TRIED EVERY STYLE OF UPWALKER AND THIS ONE HAS EVERYTHING. THE BEST OF THE BEST! EASIEST ADJUSTMENTS, FOLDING, ETC. BUT ALL THE OTHER TYPES HAVE LEVEL ARMRESTS WHICH IS THE ONE THING THAT MAKES SENSE AND WORKS GREAT. WHY OH WHY DID THEY RUIN THE ARM RESTS ON THIS ONE BY TILTING THEM UP SO YOU HAVE TO HANG ON HARD TO THE HANDGRIPS WHEN YOU WALK. I HAD TWO OF THESE, ONE FOR HOME AND ONE IN THE CAR BUT HAD TO RETURN BOTH. PLEASE MAKE THE ARMREST LEVEL LIKE EVERYONE ELSE AND I WOULD LOVE TO BUY AGAIN!

Sturdy, but has design drawbacks
Well-made product, but with flaws inherent to the upright style. The user is 94, 6' and 200 lbs. I bought him this walker because it extends taller than other models and has a pair of low handgrips to help stand up from the seat. If an upright walker lacks those extra handgrips, the user must either be strong enough to rise without help or to pull themselves up by armrests at head level. Assembly was straightforward once I figured out that the side frame pieces must be exactly aligned to slide into the lower frame. The walker is tall enough for a 6-footer, and very sturdy, but the distance between armrest pads is only 15". My user must twist sideways and wriggle down to the 18" wide seat, which is too low for him (almost 2" lower than the seat on his standard-size rollator.) Using the low set of handgrips to stand up is awkward because the frame keeps his arms pinned at his sides. The upward-tilting armrests are necessary for standing up straight, but are somewhat uncomfortable because his elbows are stiff and his hands are prone to going numb when above his elbows for very long. The behind-the-seat bag is useless because it has cranky parallel zippers connected by a pull handle, and the outer ends of its hanging pins are too small to keep it from slipping off when trying to open or close it. It can't be under the seat because the X bar that lets the walker fold up is in the way. The bag is low because the seat is low, and the user must lean way over or wobble around to the far side to access it. I replaced it with a single-zipper soft book bag, with velcro strips around the pins to try to hold it in place. Didn't work very well, but is better than the bag that came with it. Like a rollator, the brakes hold the back wheels but those nice big front wheels can still swivel and roll - don't lean too far forward or it will move. I wish the seat was higher and the foam armrest padding could be swiveled outward for more room to sit down, and that there was a way to attach the bag higher. The large size of these walkers makes them unsuitable for a small apartment or for stuffing in a small car, but the upright comfort and easier walking make them good for posture and for places without narrow doorways or tight corners.
