By far, the second best book I have read on leadership. Am inspired to reflect, meditate, examine my own leadership style periodically and make amends where necessary.I believe "leadership" is everything about life (family, community, society and at the national level).We need a new breed of authentic leaders who are selfless, humble, committed and most importantly willing, working diligently and collaborating with all stakeholders to drive change and achieve goals (legacies) for our families, communities, society and nations. This will contribute to making our world a peaceful, safe, orderly and enjoyable place to live. Well done Bill George.

Actually when I read this book, I totally understood what is leadership and why we need authenticity. there is no guidebook for leadership journey for us
