**Q: I can't find a full list of ingredients anywhere.  Can someone please help?**
A: Hello, The Active Ingredient are: Rennou™ (theobromine, calcium acetate and sodium hydrogen phosphate) Purified water, hydrated silica, sorbitol, xylitol, glycerin, xanthan gum, citric acid, sodium benzoate, titanium dioxide, stevia extract, sodium bicarbonate and sugar-free chocolate and vanilla extract. Hope this helps.

**Q: Does it whiten teeth well?**
A: My son uses it, and they look clean and bright. You have to be careful with teeth whitening products because they can wear down your tooth enamel.

**Q: Is this for kids only or is it adequate for adults?**
A: Theodent kids is for kids and adults young at heart.  The strength of the active ingredient, Rennou, is comparable to Theodent Classic (the mint flavored toothpaste).

**Q: Will this heal a tooth cavity??**
A: Cavities can be healed. This is the next best thing if you have a kid who does not like the taste of remineralizing paste. Theodent 300 is great for active decay but has a strong mint taste. Cure Tooth Decay is a great book on remineralizing and reversing tooth decay.

Pros:I thought it tasted sweet and yummy! My 11 year old and 9 year old boys thought it tasted delicious, too.Floride-free!Doesn't foam much at all, which only means it doesn't contain an ingredient that creates foam, which I like :).You pull the lid off straight off. My son thought the lid was easy to remove compared to opening other toothpaste lids he's had to open.Cons:I don't like the lid. It is very thin plastic and doesn't stand on end, which means I have to store the toothpaste on its side. The lid is so thin, I wouldn't be surprised if it cracked in the future.Final Thoughts:I think this toothpaste tastes really good and is a nice change to the ho-hum of brushing, so I would recommend at least trying it once despite the high price. My boys are excited to use it, which makes me feel like they will actually use toothpaste instead of just "telling" me they used toothpaste ;).I do agree with other reviewers that my teeth "feel" different than when I use my other toothpaste, but my teeth still feel clean. Just not the same kind of clean (probably due to different ingredients in different toothpastes). I just started using this toothpaste, so I don't know if it whitens, or if it will help remineralize my teeth (trying to heal cavities in-between my teeth). I'm going to switch back and forth daily between this toothpaste, and another toothpaste I like called "Cali White." I don't think I was exclusively using Cali White at my last dental appointment (so it's not Cali White's fault that I have cavities), but I'm not sure Cali White has any ingredients that help rebuild tooth enamel, so if my cavities have shrunk at my next dental appointment, I'm going to credit it to the Theodent toothpaste. My next appointment isn't until May, so I will update then :).Update: I now use a toothpaste called Apagard Premio to remineralize my teeth. I also use BITE toothpaste capsules. Both have the same ingredient to remineralize teeth. The chocolate toothpaste is still fun if you have a reluctant brusher.

As an autistic person I was a bit sad that the design of the tube wasn't the same as shown in the pictures BUT apart from that I am simply greatful that this product exist since I've struggled my whole life with regularly brushing my teeth due to the my disabilities and mental illnesses and having a toothpaste that DOESN'T taste like mint really helps and I'm currently even looking forward to brushing my teeth.Thank you Theodent!
