I used this product for about 8 weeks and saw a steady weight loss of 1 pound a week without changing my diet or exercise routine. I usually go mainstream medicine first, and then when things don't work for me, I try supplements or other non-mainstream products. Due to a metabolic disorder, I lose weight very slowly, so I was happy with my 1 pound a week weight loss. Then I ran out of the product, and forgot to reorder. After a few weeks of no weight loss, I remembered that I was out of the Provinal, and re-ordered it, and the slow weight loss returned. Could be coincidence, could be the placebo effect, but I was encouraged enough to order a six month supply. This is not a magic bullet, as I do watch my diet and exercise as well, so I don't recommend ordering this and expecting to lose weight without a healthy eating regime. But, if you are on a plateau, or despite healthy calorie restrictions you are not losing weight, you might want to give this a try. BTW, I eat mostly low glycemic vegetables, some fish and occasional eggs, daily blueberries, limited nuts (my caloric downfall) and avocados (ditto) and lentils and tofu. I also restrict my eating to an 8 hour window. Scientific studies on the efficacy of provinal are limited, but you might be interested in doing a search and reading up what's out there.

I love this product for a few reasons. First, it helps my appetite. It’s very small so easy to take with no fish burps. Also I have suffered from endometriosis and after a week of taking this I couldn’t feel my time of the month coming. Usually I’m doubled over in pain and this has helped so much with my cramping. I seem to stay on task better so I feel it is helping my concentration. I haven’t noticed too much with weight loss but I also do not step on a scale everyday. However, I have had my fiancé on this for a week now as well and he told me two guys he works with asked if he’s lost weight, so it must be working! This brand is great, I really trust the quality of the product. I can’t wait to see where I am a month from now.

I purchased this product for its fat mobilizing abilities. In my experience this product works well, when you combine it with exercise and a decent diet it does seem to help burn off stubborn body fat. I am noticing fat loss with not really any other changes to my diet or exercise regimen.

As soon as it came out that it was good for your body, reducing inflammation, helpful with brain function, lowers your risk of chronic diseases, arthritis cancer and reduces risk of heart disease. Who wouldn't take it, right? Recently I heard that Omega 7 is good for your body, too. It specifically is good for heart and arteries. There is also word that it supports metabolic function and aiding in weight lodd and stabilization. As soon as someone says anything to me about weight loss, I'm in! It's only been about a month and have not noticed weight reduction yet, but it's probably too early to tell. Hard for me to rate it above 3 stars until I can notice it contributing to weight reduction.
