is this the part that goes on the manifold ?

Don’t know. There are two 02 sensors on the 2010 Equinox so I not knowing , Returned this one and bought from an Amazon vendor who was selling both and had my mechanic replace both. Parts cost about $38 and my mechanic did the job in less then one hour.
