Honestly, when I ordered this I thought it was only the pole - or that the flag wouldn't be a nice quality. We have a flag for our boat, so the pole was the only part I was interested in. It arrived with a very nice embroidered 12"x18" American Flag. I'm impressed for the price! Now we have an extra flag. Thanks!

Better than the last flag that I bought, at least it’s metal. The last flag we bought on Amazon for our pontoon boat had a plastic mound and stripped almost immediately. It’s now located at the bottom of Sage lake. This one is metal and will definitely hold up better. Keep in mind, once you mount this it will be staying put until you get your tools out again. The people complaining of it getting frayed probably have it flying upwards while driving down the road at 60 miles an hour. It seems to be made Very good quality nylon and metal. I would recommend it

Looks great, easy to install. It is pretty cheaply made, wouldn't install in a high traffic area but I usually get 2 seasons out of this.

This product I got one full season, the flag was ripped up from the wind by the end of the season within 6 months. For the price though can’t complain just need to replace the flag the pole is very sturdy. Buy an xtra flag when purchasing this product

Flag was double sewed and looked good but the mounting bracket didn’t fit anything on my pontoon boat

Made sturdy and should last a long time. The flag material is of good quality and the pole is made well. The bracket that holds the flag is plastic so it can only take so much tightening. When pulling to the lake the clamp slips a little allowing the flag to lay down some. When I get to the lake I just pull it back up in position and it stays while out boating. I guess you could put a metal clamp on it for highway speeds if needed. Works great on the boat. Would buy again.
