However, I was a bit disappointed by the fact that it does not have a good battery life (it goes from full charge to about 25% within 12 hours). This happens when I do not even use power-hungry apps like Zoom for video calls, which cause the phone to overheat if I support the phone against a surface. However, if I hold the phone in my hand while attending a Zoom meeting, it does not overheat. So overall, it is a good phone but it could have been better without its battery and overheating issues.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Good phone with slight overheating and battery issues

The Note20 is fast and responsive, and the S Pen works very well (which is why I bought this phone), so it is an overall good phone. However, I was a bit disappointed by the fact that it does not have a good battery life (it goes from full charge to about 25% within 12 hours). This happens when I do not even use power-hungry apps like Zoom for video calls, which cause the phone to overheat if I support the phone against a surface. However, if I hold the phone in my hand while attending a Zoom meeting, it does not overheat. So overall, it is a good phone but it could have been better without its battery and overheating issues.
