Gluten FREE, LOW Glycemic flours (I researched!!!) and add 1 cup water instead of 3/4!!!
Yes, I'm a real person, Jamaican living in the US, and Yes, I'm a low carb eater. Mom and dad's family BOTH have diabetes, high blood pressure etc. With that being said, THIS IS THE ONLY "keto" sweet treat that I buy. The flours have LOW glycemic index and after consuming, I am NOT sluggish. What I learnt to make the Texture pop was to ignore 3/4 cup of water. Instead, I added 1 cup. Mix thoroughly and pour in the oven. After 45-50 mins, it's ready! The value for money is chef's kiss. I will continue to support this small business, especially since the ingredients are GLUTEN FREE and I have Celiac.

It tastes like chemicals
Horrible taste, waste of money. It literally tastes like some type of chemicals. No one Could eat it. One of my sons tastes it and felt sick. Got thrown away. Unfortunately, its seller doesn’t give the option to return it…….. I don’t recommend buying it

Pretty good for low Glycemic
Tough to give five stars, since the GF took one bite and gave hers back to me, but as a low carb person with a sweet tooth, I really enjoy these (in moderation). I can confirm they have very little effect on my blood sugar levels. If I eat more than one brownie, I do get a little stomach unrest, but I just want these for a small treat after dinner. Easy to make and they store well in the fridge.

Pretty Good!
As a person with reactive hypoglycemia I am always seeking something to satisfy my sweet tooth. These brownies were pretty good! They still have the same “crumbly” issue that most baked goods with almond flour have but the flavor is great. I wish the mix wasn’t as expensive. I ended up finding a similar recipe online so I’m making my own now to save money.
