Everything I've been looking for
I couldn't believe I found 3 oval cat food bowls in one company and have all 3 colors I've been Looking for. Black for my tuxedo boy Moochie, pink for princess Penelope tortie girl , and light blue for my newest addition....my kitten Russian blue named Sheldon. Affordable, perfect size and depth, and matches each of my kitties. Had 3 bowls we've been using for them that were almost 20 years old (from our past cats who passed away few years ago, they are now repurposed for the blocks community cats that live in alley

Adorable and won't hit kitty's whiskers.
[Updated 12/10/16: New home, a new cat, and ~10 months going by means I feel the need to add some info in here. You can find that at the bottom.]My cats are in love! They both love eating from the dish. I was looking for a wide, shallow bowl that wouldn't hit their whiskers when they tried to eat. (My cats are among the many who are sensitive and won't eat from a dish that their whiskers touch. If you'd like more info, Google "whisker fatigue.") I also wanted it to be small so that the food wouldn't get old. With bigger bowls, I usually wind up tossing part of the dry food out since it gets old before they can eat it all. While I have to fill the bowls up quite often and some pet owners may find that irksome, I personally prefer it that way.I also bought PetRageous Oval Frisky Kitty Pet Bowl, 5.5-Inch, Black. I thought it'd be cute to have one white bowl and one black one, but for some reason, the cats refused to eat from the black one. I experimented with switching the placement of the bowls and so forth, but both of them still only ate from the white one. I wound up ordering another white one, and now they're perfectly content. (And spoiled. Both things.)One last possibly useful attribute: it says on the bottom that it's dishwasher safe. I don't have a dishwasher, so I can't test that claim, but if it's true, that's awesome.Attached are pictures to show what the bowl looks like with and without food, as well as a size comparison next to my cat Rootie. She's way more excited about the bowl than she looks, trust me.Bottom line: looks great, is sold for a fantastic price, and the cats love it. Highly recommend it!---Edited on 12/10/2016: It has been roughly ten months since I bought the first bowl. As I was only the foster home for my prior cats, I now have an entirely new one. That means I can give the opinions of three separate cats now (which obviously is super important because cats, that's why). Some other observations:1) Not only did the bowls survive two separate moves from city to city, but it took eight months and a direct fall onto the kitchen tile for one to break. Even then, it was a drop from high up and only the ears broke off. These things are incredibly durable.2) My (new) cat LOVES the black bowl I previously mentioned the other ones not liking. It seems that whether or not a cat will be bothered by the bowl color depends on the cat itself.3) Now that I have a dishwasher, I was able to test the claim over it being dishwasher-safe. The answer is a resounding yes. I do it all the time. There has been no harm to the bowl, so no worries there. (There is some color fading on the back, but I'm pretty sure that's because I wash it so much.)4) In my original review, I forgot to mention that it also says it is microwave-safe. That's come in handy lately as well.To state the obvious, I still highly recommend these bowls. If anything, I do so even more now that I'm aware of their sturdiness. Seeing as three out of three cat experts prefer these bowls over all others, it seems I am stuck buying the dishes forever. Luckily, I'm good with that. :)(I'm adding two pictures in addition to the others from before. The first is simply the back of the bowl, so you can see both what it says and also the minor discoloration I'm talking about. The second picture is my new cat with the bowl as she sniffs it out and silently judges me for the lack of food in it. That one is so you can see the color hasn't faded despite the time that's passed, as well as to give a little more size proportion since she is a bit larger than the foster cat in the other picture.)

Small Size Bowl With An Oval Design To Reduce Discomfort On Your Cat's Whiskers!
I have a really crazy cat who is about 3 years old. When I first brought him home from the shelter, I put the hard food in a bowl next to his water bowl and at night I would give him all different small canned cat food. He ate it all up and cleaned the plate like it came out of the dishwasher. My husband had passed away unexpectedly about six months before I adopted Toby the cat, and I was forced to downsize to a smaller place, so about three weeks after I got him, we moved. I Started noticing that he wasn't eating the canned food and was making motions like he was in his litter box covering up the food in the bowl. I began to realize he was telling me I don't like this now and I know you love me so I can be finicky if I want to and if my bowl is too lightweight, I will dump it over while I am telling you I don't like it. I did realize however, that if he had the gravy lovers food he would eat up all the gravy and leave the meat part. I went out and got him something that was newer at the time called "Broths" and now I found new packets that are called Bisques and Stews. The Bisques look a lot like Lobster Bisques but a bit thicker and the Stews are kind of a thick gravy with shreds of meat in it. Another thing I noticed was that his bowl, while it was a cat bowl was kind of large for three and a half ounce food from the packages. I tried several bowls, but they all seemed to be too lightweight and were dumped over, and the bowls I bought were still too large. Then I found these bowls. They are a much better since and Toby loved to eat his stews and Bisques out of them. We moved again a couple of months ago and since we have a large dishwasher, I purchased some more of these bowls with different cat faces on them and when his six bowls get used I just put them in the dishwasher. These bowls are a great size for most cats. Toby is not a large cat and these bowls are shallow enough for him to eat without affecting his neck while eating and he no longer tries to turn the bowl over. The key with these bowls, I think is the shape and the shallower depth the cat can eat without their whiskers getting bent over. I have read that some cats have very sensitive whiskers that actually hurt when pressed out of their usual position. I am thinking of trying the Gravy Loverd Dinners again. It would be really funny to find out that the food wasn't really what he was getting upset about. Maybe it was those. pesky whiskers. There are several different styles that I found and each with a cat's face on them. Maybe your cat will like them too!

CUTE!
My cat loves his new dish. Hopefully this one won't break as fast as the others.

Bought in every color
I've had these for several months now and they are holding up well in the dishwasher after constant need of washing. I feed my cat wet food twice daily, so I use two bowls a day.The only negative thing I will say is, if you prefer a shallower bowl/dish then maybe don't get this bowl. My cat sometimes will make a mess with these bowls because they are slightly deeper than other dishes. They are definitely worth the price though. They are sturdy.

So Cute
This is the perfect size for my cat's water dish. It is super cute and is a bit weighty, which is good because my cat likes to knock his bowl to the floor when it is empty. There is enough room in it for a day's supply of water.
