Great results!
The process was painfully long and messy, but the results are amazing! I read the instructions a few times and found them a little intimidating so it sat in the cupboard for few months before I finally worked up the courage to use it. I’m hesitant to say I would buy it again as it was very a very time consuming process from start to finish (took me approx 3.5 hours from start to finish including clean up), yet it seems to be one of very few hair products on the market which is free of chemicals and actually works (giving both nice color and grey coverage) I would possibly purchase it again if I am unable to find a comparable (chemical free) product that is easier to use.⚠️: if you are impatient, this may not be the product for you. It takes a lot of time and patience, but the results are impressive.⭐️ Tip: if you have hair that is shoulder length or shorter, you may want to try mixing only half of each powder bag and get 2 uses out of the box (depending on the thickness of your hair)If the process was a little simpler, I would give it 5 stars.

Time consuming, but it works.
If you've never used a natural hair dye before, then you need to know that this can be time consuming. That said, I am happy to cover my grey without resorting to cancer-causing chemicals. I dye only my bangs, so I use the same package a number of times. There are a few things I have learned by repeatedly using the exact same box:1) Heat. The directions say to use a blow-dryer to keep your hair warm. This is absolutely essential. I got distracted once and just kept working at my computer. The colour did not take at all even though I left in on for the usual amount of time. (I suppose holding a hot pack to your head would also work if you wanted to watch a movie.)2) Moisture. The instructions indicate to use enough water to create a yoghurt consistency paste. I made it thicker , like maybe Greek youghurt, and again, it did not take.3) Using conditioner to help rinse out the product completely removes it from your skin. No telltale marks on your scalp or forehead. It takes me almost 2 and a half hours, start to finish, but I have the satisfaction of dying my hair without any chemicals. (It does smell like a meadow while your hair is wet, but goes away after it dries.)The 4 star rating is because of the time.
