Noticed improvement in my bone density scan

Excellent product. I have been taking it for a year and it works very well. It's all natural which is so important to me.

I like that this product contains a synergistic blend of calcium magnesium D and K2 (K 7 derived), and otjer minerals, and it's vegan. Without K2,.calcium cannot be absorbed but instead does to arteries!

The quality of these supplements are super! I will add this to auto-ship!

One drawback I didn’t see in the feedback for this product — these pills are HUGE! Breaking them in half doesn’t solve the problem of swallowing them (at least for me) because they break leaving a big sharp edge that still hurts going down. My solution is to pound them into a powder and mix with liquid before swallowing, not ideal but it works. Probably won’t keep me from buying them again, but a heads -up would have been good to know.

I am on my second bottle of these and I, too, was having a hard time swallowing the pills. I discovered that if I put the pill on my tongue and then flooded my mouth with water, that the pill went down without my even feeling it. I encourage people to try this, because it really has solved the problem for me and the dread of taking them. I wanted to stay with this brand due to the ingredients and the amounts included. I won't know about my Dexa Scan for another year, but am optimistic about an improvement, along with lots of kale and exercise. Appreciate the price also.
