I have dyed black hair but want to leave the dying roots as long as possible. Brought this as I didn’t want to pay 30 quid for WOW. This powder covers roots well and stays put. Need to be quite heavy handed on application. Brush is good. Compact a disaster - difficult to access the brush and the colour was broken up. However I did get a full refund. Shame as it works but now I have to keep it flat all the time. I need to buy the real thing.

I love these hair shadow powders - they are all great for covering greys when you don't have time to get permanent coverage or just in-between colours. The powder is good however the quality of the brush isn't so good as the smaller brush part fell off (became un-stuck) when first used and it wasn't even that end I was using. Might still buy again however.

The Black root touch up powder I ordered was more Grey than Black. Didn't like it at all.

Nice colour coverage.If you are gentle with the brush and build the colour up slowly its a good product.I found it didn't irritate my eyes as the sprays do.It didn't come out on the redline.Washed out when washed my hair.Good as a quick coverup on the greys.

Good coverage, it does what it says in the tin.
