Husband has badly damaged his knees and we are using this item to regularly ice them. This item is ideal rather than using separate ice packs the packs insert into a purpose made knee support, this wraps around the knee comfortably and securely. I also purchased spare ice packs whilst the others are freezing. It’s also made very well and seems value for money.Would thoroughly recommend this product.

Purchased these spare gel ice packs for the Vive Compression Ice Wrap. They are made of good materials, flexible when frozen and fit perfectly into the sleeves of the wrap.

Great so far and fit the compartments of the bag well.

These replacement packs are not identical to the ones originally provided with the original knee brace. They somehow feel less smooth as the orginial ones, and thus harder to fit in the pack. Just as the original they are a bit sensitive to overheating in the microwave.
