Best for the money. Large pieces make it last longer. Even heat. I like it for my rotisserie. I use it in my kamadoI highly recommend it for any bbq. Great value for the money.

Good stuff

So I'm giving this 4 stars, but it's probably closer to 4.5.First, I just want to mention the look/feel of Fogo: Of the brands I've tried, this is the truest "coal" I've ever come across. It's almost magical how huge the chunks are and how shiny and mineral-like they are. The visual presentation is in a league of its own.So why am I knocking off a star? Well, I have to agree with the other reviewers who say this stuff doesn't impart a lot of smoke flavor. And I think I know why - because it doesn't make much smoke! Seriously, these coals burn so clean it's crazy. So, I've started mixing them in with other brands like Cowboy or Royal Oak in a 50/50 mix. The flavor is great, and you throw off more smoke that way.I plan to buy another bag of Fogo when the first one runs out. There's something special about it, and I love the consistency of the large chunk size. But I can't say I'm likely to burn it by itself again. 4/5.

Burned through VERY quickly had to use 3x i normally would with regular Fogo for the same amount of grilling time

Good stuff and nice to have it delivered instead of me picking it up 3 times between the store and home and getting charcoal dust everywhere
