Every time a friend of mine wants to buy their first longboard fin, I tell them to try this one. It's flexy, can't hurt them or other surfers, and actually works really well. You can load it up when turning and get the energy back, it feels really cool. For huge waves, you probably don't want this much flex, but up to shoulder high it works fine.

A new and different feel to surfing that is refreshing and creative. With the fin being so flexible you feel every flex when sliding through each wave.

Bought this for a secondary fin for my Starboard touring iSUP for when cruising around rock-studded lakes or rivers when I don't want to risk my carbon Danny Ching race fin. The FCS II Connect is awesome and makes changes of fins speedy and secures it well.

When I went to used the product I couldn’t because it was defective. The fin was bending when I installed it.
