No, the aluminum #11116 WEE BALANCE STILTS come without paint and are natural aluminum finish in color. There are steel versions in red or blue (not green) of the WEE STILTS too. #11113 are assorted either red or blue. If you want to order by color, then #11114 RED and #11115 BLUE are the correct numbers.

Maximum foot hight from the ground is 11 inches, and the minimum foot height from the ground is 6 inches.

These are rated by weight, which is at 110lbs. The tubes are adjustable for height so as long as your 6 year old is under that weight they would work.
