This stuff definitely works. My hair and nails grew like crazy and seemed stronger, and my skin looked healther too. It didn't have a bad taste or any weird burps. They are a decent size if you swallow one at a time so they were definitely easy to use. I packed them in a weekly pill separator to remind me which made things easier.
