The item is amazing, but it was delivered without being kept in a cold place, and it arrived very hot. I’m not sure if it’s still in good condition.

As for the product I bought it's good, however, the product came looking used, the lip pencil wasn't sharp, and there wasn't a plastic wrap covering the lip pencil, but the lip liner is smooth and not chalky but overall a product thats used cannot be sold, if I knew that it's used I wouldve not bought it. Hygiene is important and if it was used by another person it could cause bacteria. I know this product is good because I have bought it before but this is disappointing, I can't let this product go to waste cause it's my holy grail, so I just sharpened it and used it.

This is a great lip liner that does last a very long time. Great value. Love the colors colors. It’s not sticky and goes on smooth. I have re-purchased multiple times.
