Good for sleeping
I use it in place of an air mattress for guests. Air mattresses suck. Guests wake up each time so surprised that such a thin mat can be so comfy. 5 stars

Great for Thai/Shiatsu Massage
According to a client, this mat is comfortable. The dimensions are just right. It's actually only about 28 lbs, unlike what the description says. This makes it easier to transport. Mine was able to be folded in half and then rolled, unlike what the lady is doing in the picture. I wasn't able to find a cover for it in their amazon store, but two twin size flat sheets work great for the top and bottom of it.

Ordered it for as a christmas gift
It arrived very quickly and it was very nicely wrapped up in plastic. The cover looked spotless and great!The straps really helped to hold up the mat together. I hope the person will love this gift.

I love this mat!
I bought the larger mat with cover back in 2020 after getting certified in shiatsu shin tai. I put a few five below recycled rugs underneath to keep it from sliding around on the wood floor. Also ordered a waterproof blanket to tuck overtop of it to protect it from sweat and dirt. Ive used it for treatments and as a bed for guests. After 2 yrs of heavy use its still as good as the day I bought it. Theres a few things you can do to make it last longer...I seached care instructions for these kinds of mats and follow them once a month and I feel like this mat will last many more years to come. Its worth the money. I searched for months looking for the best mat and Im truly glade I settled on this one!
