This tea was recommended by my aunt, who's a certified acupuncturist and herbalist. The tea itself is tasty enough on it's own, but I drink this when I feel I may be coming down with an illness. I stock up when cold and flu season is around the corner.

This tea is the best thing to have around during cold and flu season, but really Anytime of the year. It has helped the two of us get through colds and flu in a much shorter time. Recommended to me by my physician.
