Mr.HUNG Fried Chicken Batter Mix Flour with Pepper & Garlic (1KGx10BAGS)

This batter mix is tremendous. We use it for Prawn Paste Chicken Wings (Har Cheong Gai). I've never been able to create any batter from scratch that crisps up better than this one and the flavor is great. Make sure you get the bag size you order. I was nearly done with my first bag before realizing it was only 1/2 the size that I ordered. Also, they list the quantity as "(1KGx10BAGS or 500Gx20BAGS)". You're not getting ten or twenty bags. It's for ONE bag. I figured that out before ordering and wasn't expecting to receive ten bags, but I would have been pleasantly surprised if I did. My first order arrived and it was just one 500G bag. I'd ordered a1KG bag for roughly $15.00. I didn't bother to contact the seller. It was so good that I didn't care! I just ordered another 1KG bag (and did receive the correct size).

Make sure you put it in your pantry. It is the truth. You don’t have to use a whole lot and you get that fried chicken fry with profession.

Very good. Just add a few spices and coat your protein and fry.

First time trying this batter. It’s very straight forward mixing the batter and water ratio. Taste is a 10/10! I highly recommend this product.

Good product however the product came open with flour everywhere I recommend better packaging
