Mr.HUNG Fried Chicken Batter Mix Flour with Pepper & Garlic (1KGx10BAGS)

This batter mix is tremendous. We use it for Prawn Paste Chicken Wings (Har Cheong Gai). I've never been able to create any batter from scratch that crisps up better than this one and the flavor is great. Make sure you get the bag size you order. I was nearly done with my first bag before realizing it was only 1/2 the size that I ordered. Also, they list the quantity as "(1KGx10BAGS or 500Gx20BAGS)". You're not getting ten or twenty bags. It's for ONE bag. I figured that out before ordering and wasn't expecting to receive ten bags, but I would have been pleasantly surprised if I did. My first order arrived and it was just one 500G bag. I'd ordered a1KG bag for roughly $15.00. I didn't bother to contact the seller. It was so good that I didn't care! I just ordered another 1KG bag (and did receive the correct size).

it’s quite expensive because it’s basically just flour, but it’s the kind you can add water to for a wet batter mix, I doctored it up with more seasoning, fried food comes out nice and crispy

I used this coating to make some fried chicken wings. I followed a recipe from Tinylicious on the clock app, and the wings were delicious. Coating adds a nice flavor, but you can still add seasoning to both the meat and the coating without it getting too salty.This is probably good on vegetables, too.Pricey, but I may buy again. 4 stars for price

This is deceiving. The product says 1kgx10 bags. The price is for only 1 bags!

Unknown as it had a tear and was all over the other items in the package.
