Comfortable
Exactly what I needed after surgery. Quality product. And so comfy everyone in my family tried to steal it from me, even the cat.

Perfect for the injured-chipped tailbone
I like everything about this. I've tried countless other products including those Purple seat cushions. This stays in place well. I'm sitting on mine for 10 hours a day and it works well. It isn't losing its shape at all. It's firm but since you position your tailbone to the hollow area there is way more relief.

Very helpful but a little uncomfortable.
I got this during pregnancy due to incredible SI and tailbone pain. It really helped relieve the pressure off my tailbone and I've used it daily post partum to prevent pressure while healing from labor. Not the most comfortable to sit on for several hours at a time which I did due to my pain in pregnancy, but that's to be expected because it has to be firm enough to keep the pressure off the sensitive parts. Very helpful for car rides and sitting for an hour or two.

This is an awesome product!
I bought this pillow for my father who is disabled from a stoke. He is paralyzed down his right side and was recently admitted in the hospital with a fever and weakness. He developed bedsores from not being able to get out of bed, he can’t walk so he spends all his time sitting in a chair or wheelchair. This pillow was a miracle! He was able to sit without pressure on the areas where the bedsores are, allowing them to heal. My father loves it and even though the sores have healed, he prefers to sit on this pillow. Thank you so much for this fantastic product! My family is very grateful. Sincerely, Liz McKenna

Stiff and not comfortable
I purchased this following knee surgery as I was sitting too long and getting uncomfortable. I thought this would take the pressure off my tailbone. The pillow is really firm - too firm for my taste. It did receive the pressure from my tail bone but was far too uncomfortable to use for long periods.

This is not a comfortable seating option for a physical issue on the lower anatomy.
If you are looking for a comfortable donut seat cushion because you are suffering from hemorroidal or post-partum pain, DO NOT purchase this item...it is HARD AS A ROCK! Unless you enjoy sitting on concrete blocks, do not purchase this donut cushion!

Works really well
Fell backwards a few weeks ago injuring the base of my spine. I was using a lot of ice but it was still painful siting and this pillow helped so much. Along with icing a few times a day I'm almost back to normal.

Cumple con su función, pero si se llega a ensuciar dentro de la funda, y se lava ya no queda igual.

Have had a sore tailbone for a few weeks now, plus a bee-sting on my backside that has been very slow to heal and causing me immense discomfort when sitting. This immediately relieved 99% of the pain in both my tailbone and buttock the moment I sat down on it. I cannot sufficiently describe what a relief it is to finally sit and work without agony. Worth every penny. Have sat on it already for 6 hours straight while working, no discomfort whatsoever. After about an hour of use I was accustom to its initial odd shape / feel (used to sitting on normal chair seats, not dougnut seats like this). Seems to be actual memory foam (shape reforms properly when I get off it). I would describe it as moderate firmness. Not hard or soft. Looks easy to clean, the cover is removeable (has a zipper). Best $40 I've spent in ages.

I've been suffering with a herniated L5 in my spine thats pushing on, and cutting off circulation to my left sciatic nerve. It's impossible for me to sit comfortably in any way as I await surgery. I've had this pillow for maybe 20 minutes and I don't know how I ever lived without it. The memory foam is strong enough that it supports me with little give, and with the dip in the middle it takes pressure off my spine, almost entirely. Hopefully it lasts a reasonable amount of time, so far I'm very pleased!

Demasiado duro para alguien recién operado de hemorroides. Quizá para soporte en una silla con problemas de postura, estará bien.

The pillow worked great in terms of getting relief from lower back pain and hemorrhoid flare up. While some reviews claim it's very stiff or firm, it's more like a medium softness. Not too firm that it hurts to use, and not too soft that it goes flat and loses its shape. However, after about 2-3 hours of sitting on it, you will need to a break. I would just get up and walk around for a few minutes and then I was good to go. I've been using it for sitting while working, sitting on the couch or at the dinner table, and even for driving (including long road trips). It has really helped, especially with a hemorrhoid flare up. The one thing I will say is DO NOT unzip the cover. It's next to impossible to get it back on and the zipper is cheap. My kids got a hold of mine and unzipped the cover. Now it's just sort of half on half off because the zipper broke and I can't close it all the way. Other than that, the pillow is doing what it's supposed to in terms of helping with pain relief.
