What a lovely authentic aroma, you can smell the quality on 1st sniff.Not all spice mixes are equal.This one is tops.I made a bread pudding in which it is a criticar ingredient.As ir was baking in the oven the aroma flooded the house and transported my memory back to staying over at nans as a child and the aroma of her bread pudding all those many years ago.That is?what you call" proof in the pudding"
