Review: good, but no install instructions - product works well, doesn't come with instructions. use a pliers to pull up the bolt at the top to activate the spring, then install as normal. once screwed in, remove the pliers - this realigns (raises) a gate that has already sagged and ensures enough tension to keep the gate level.

Works great, no worries about the wheels losing air like some other gate wheels. Just be sure to put a line of bricks underneath the wheels otherwise they would cause ruts and would get stuck
