Do these plates have rolled edges (which hold water after washed)?

The edges are tightly rolled, so do need a little extra air-dry time but not nearly as much as my Rubbermaid plastic lids that get droplets stuck in the crevices. I have some stainless steel mixing bowls from a different company and those rolled edges are larger and catch more water than these.

Is there any way to know for sure where the plates are made? I'll return them if they're made in China

Last I checked, there was no stainless steel manufacturing in the US. China and India do most of the stainless steel processing. A friend of mine was looking for years to bring his stainless steel manufacturing closer to home to reduce his carbon footprint. He never found anyone even in North America to make the part for his product, so he is stuck buying from China

What is the fluid capacity?

Maybe 2-4 oz. It’s a small, thin dinner plate.
