Terrible customer service

Great product, not perfect.
I ordered this after previously getting very lucky with my first experience with shilajit. I had ordered what turned out to be perhaps a sort of non-pareil grade of shilajit, that is no longer available.I just bought this and another brand ("Minature" https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0BCWDHYLY/) and tried both after they arrived today.This one is much better. The other was runny and had an off taste that was far too strong of smoky tar-pitch.Compared to my first experience, this one is not quite as thickly viscous and is more sticky and tar-pitchy on the nose. It is ultimately sweet and pleasant in aftertaste though, and provided an immediate euphoric effect similar to my previous experience. I will not consume the other one.
