You might think you don't need these...
but if you are doing a door seal replacement as DIY you wont regret buying. Makes taking off and putting on of the springs easy and ensures you don't damage the seal.

Expensive but less than a callout to a plumber just to but spring back around washer seal, did the job required

Not well manufactured but may do job if, unlike my machine, there's a very small gap between the two rings. It didn't have enough range to work on my machine so I had to use 2 butter knives and a foot to gradually work it on which actually worked much better!

Wish I'd had one of these last time I change the seal, would have saved my loads of time, stress and swearing.

Does the job
The expansion tool works ok and is cheaper tha other rivals. It would have been good if the tool expanded a little wider; however, I'm not sure of how wide other tools will expand.

Sadly not suitable for hoover candy springs. Doesn’t open wide enough.
