Slendertone Bottom Toner Garment Accessory , 6 - 14 inches ( 86 to 106 cm)

Holy crap, THESE shorts are amazing!... If you can actually fit into them (luckily for me, they fit me). I originally got myself the Abs7 (again, lucky for me because I can use the same controller), and after seeing the results from the abs7, I took a leap of faith to use the toning shorts. Now initially, I thought the ab belt was going to be a gimmick, I used it in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise. So here’s some background info, I only started working out a year ago, so a year later I’m thinking that what I’ve acheived with my home workouts and balanced diet was as good as I could ever get (because I have no desire to count calories or starve myself). So I carried on with my normal routines, and then added a half an hour a day (cranking that baby up to as high as I could tolerate), almost immediately I noticed changes. All my muscles in my core and in my rib cage hurt like I did a whole bunch of sit ups, eventually the toning started to show within 2 weeks. And then 4 weeks later I had to go away for work for 5 weeks and decided not to take the belt with. Within 2 weeks I noticed the toning disappear. So I’ve been back to using the belt for 4 weeks again and I’m so pleased with the toning that I went ahead and got the shorts. After using it for 3 days, my glutes have been in so much pain (in a good way... like I got a good workout in) and the muscles that were targeted in the belt were the parts of my glutes I haven’t been able to achieve in my workouts, so I have no doubt in a couple of weeks I’ll be happy with the results.•So for those looking at buying these shorts, here’s what to be mindful of:These shorts DO NOT have a controller, you need to buy that separately or as a set, as these shorts are only sold as an accessory.• I’m usually a UK size 12 with a medium sized butt, these shorts were just the right fit for me.•Maybe order an extra set of electrode pads when you order these because the flaps close onto Velcro pads, and if you don’t close and align them properly, the sticky gel of the electrodes will stick onto the shorts and break apart, therefore, they probably won’t last as long as advertised (so get an extra set so you can get a feel for them and not get frustrated)• It’s also recommended to get some electrode gel (I use the compex brand), this gel helps with the conductivity of your electrode gel pads to help extend their usage. One bottle goes a long way as you only need a small blob per pad.• I’ve tried sitting, standing and lying in the shorts. Because of the contracting action of the muscles, sitting isn’t very comfortable, but I prefer lying down.I hope this info helps! I am so satisfied with this product! It really works!

I was using it religiously and felt like my butt was starting to get tighter, however due to a few holidays over the summer then forgetting with everything going on with the back to work and school routine etc I haven't used it in a couple of months so I don't know if I have got the desired effects but I am going to start using it again so hopefully I will get the results I want. From using it for those first 2-3months I saw no reduction in cellulite from my own personal experience. The sensation from using it is a weird tingling but its kind of nice when you get used to it!

Right. Let me be very clear, this is not a miracle cure! It won't take you from flabby cellulite to Kim Kardashian without some other exercise on your part. But I wasn't expecting a miracle, i was expecting an improvement in shape, stronger muscled and reduced cellulite, and I've got this and more in just 2 weeks of use.How it works: it's basically a stretchy pair of shorts (which are on the small side - I'm a 14 and just about fit them, though any bigger and I think you'd struggle.) They have 4 rigid flaps on the back - i don't know how to describe them as anything other than Velcro fastened cat flaps! Basically it looks like the picture, but be aware that the flaps are rigid.You take the sticky pads provided and attach them to the 'doors' of the flaps. Then you put the shorts on, with the flaps open, remove the covers to the sticky pads, and stick them to your skin when you close the 'door'.Sorry, I'm not explaining this very well! They go immediately underneath your bum and above it on that horrible muffin-top bit.You then attach the controller (not provided - I had it already from the abs belt) to the plug thing, and turn it on. It feels tingly on the lower intensities, not unlike pins and needles, increasing to a deep muscle contraction as you increase the intensity. It actually feels like a really deep massage, it's very relaxing, especially initially.The main thing is that it works, and it really does. I have been running every day for about 30 minutes, but I've done that for months now, and I can see improvements in the shape of my bum after just 2 weeks of use. My cellulite has all but disappeared, and the best bit is that nasty muffin top collection of fat that I have tried so hard to shift but struggled to find a specific workout that would shift it, has pretty much gone.So in conclusion, yes, this is expensive. Yes, you do need to buy replacement pads - I expect I'll have to replace mine in a week or two - and it is definitely not one size fits all! But it does work, though it's not a replacement for regular cardio exercise.My only final comment is to Slendertone - please, please do a thigh one to shift that horrible inner-thigh blancmange that no amount of running or dieting seems to shift!

So, the garment will come without the controller-usless , to buy the controller it's an extra £80 😲!! If they would have put it together would have shown the real price of £140!!! I would certainly not buy such an expensive item ... WRITE CLEAR AND WITH BIG LETTERS- ITEM IS INCOMPLETE !!! The item require a controller at an extra £80 !!!I give 1 star even I did not get to try it, as I have to spend another £ 80 to actually see it work! Again, if this was shown as an £140 item...I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT!

Very disappointed with this item from slendertone. Having read all the reviews regarding the sizes of the shorts I was surprised by how the size differs.Too small and uncomfortable Slendertone need to invest in larger sizes.Gave this item away away to a friend who is a size smaller who is very pleased with the shorts and looks much trimmer.

Lo compré reacondicionado, está igual que nuevo, tan sólo estaba un poco rota la caja de haberla abierto y la bolsa que contenía el pantalón, parches cerrados y sin usar. Y todas las instrucciones perfectas. Llevo tan solo dos días usándolo y aún es pronto, pero si notó los electroestimuladores.Así que muy contenta, ya que me ha costado la mitad.
