This is a really well made, strong, sturdy harness which is perfect for outdoor adventures but also looks great for everyday use. The chest plate is quite big but fits my dog really well and looks comfortable on him. The back plate is a good size and sits with the handle about halfway down his back, perfect for picking him up or helping him manoeuvre obstacles when out on walks. The is a strong clip in the centre of the back of the harness and also a regular loop on the front which could be used for name tags or a double ended/forward leading lead. The straps and clips are quite chunky and a little fiddly to adjust at first, but once adjusted this isn't a problem. Our dog is and Lakeland Border Terrier Cross and weighs around 10kg, the straps are almost on the tightest so I wouldn't recommend it for a smaller dog. He usually hates wearing a harness but likes this one. I think the fitting is perfect because it's snug in all the right places and doesn't restrict his movement, so he's a lot more comfortable in it.

We have actually purchased another Embark product previously and we were so impressed with the build quality, we decided to try out this one too! Mainly because of its -no pull benefits.There seems to be a trend here... The build is brilliant, very strong and sturdy and for the price its an absolute bargain (hence why we wanted to try it!)The handle is very good for controlling our dog when she gets a bit bouncy! It's in the right place and it definitely pulls less than any other 'no pull' harness we have tried. (I mean we do have a husky so they are meant to pull...right?!).Great product, would be great to see more colour designs down the line.

First day out with himself today, he seems happy enough. Good fit, My dog is between medium and large and I followed the recommendation to go to a large if caught between two sizes. Adjustment is a bit stiff but I like that, as it won’t easily become loose when my dog pulls and moves about. Bosch is a Blue-tick beagle. He’s around 32kg with Neck 18.5 inches (47.5cm), Chest 31 inches (79cm) andBelly 26 inches (66cm). I would say a Medium would fit him snug but I went with a large and I’m able to adjust it to fit him just fine. I love the design and color! Material seems sturdy so far but time will tell.

I love this harness. It looks fantastic, fits well and is very well made. Adjusting the straps is a bit of a faff, but necessary to ensure a perfect fit and once adjusted they don't move, so you'll only have to do it once. I've used both the front and back attachment to walk my dog. She is a Cocker spaniel and so inclined to forget herself and pull hard when she thinks there is a pheasant nearby. The harness stood up well to this on both attachments. In the absence of birds she walks very well with this harness. She is keen to put it on so I guess it must be comfortable. It certainly looks comfy and as it doesn't really move it doesn't rub. The harness does need to go over the dogs head to put it on which some dogs don't like. It got pretty dirty second time out, but washed well with washing up liquid and warm water. It was dry by the following morning ready to go again. I'm very pleased with this harness, the fact it looks so good it's a great bonus.

I was looking for a harness that I could use for my border collie whilst he's in the car and and on adventures and I'm so glad I chose this one! It's well padded, sturdy, easy to put on & adjust with quick release clips to slide the harness over his head and two solid D-ring locations to clip to - one on the top between the shoulder blades & one on the bottom on is chest.I love the pattern, It's really strong and has a little grab handle on the top just in case - fantastic harness and very, very happy with it!

Cannot praise this harness enough. Every detail is well thought through.The straps around the neck and the chest are both adjustable allowing which meant I could customise the size perfectly to my dog (Ralph). Ralph is very comfy wearing this harness.It is very strong and durable therefore great value for money.I love the handle on the top of the harness, ideal for when you need to quickly grab your dog.Looks stylish too I love the colours. 10/10 would definitely recommend. It’s become our new go to harness.

I have two Jack Russell cross dogs and the small size fits them both perfectly. Both slightly unusual body shapes - one doxie x and one corgi x, so being able to adjust the harness to fit 'long bodies' & 'deep chests' in small dogs has been great. The handle on the harness is useful for close control when needed and also assistance with lifting. As other reviewers have mentioned the colour / pattern on this harness looks great also.This has been the 4th Embark harness I have ordered for my family members over the years and have never been disappointed.

Going on walks was not the nice experience that I'd hoped for with my Border Collie puppy, until I bought this harness. Whilst her pulling hasn't stopped completely, it is so much better and now my dog isn't sounding like she's choking herself and I feel better that she isn't hurting herself. The material is really well made and looks very pretty. The Harness is sturdy and washes really well as we get muddy on most walks! The metal clip on the back is the one I always use and I feel like she is secure and there's no risk of her breaking free. I've used the clip at the front a couple of times but clipping on here tends to get her legs tangled in the lead so we don't use this one.
