Yes, that’s what I do anyway. I use the detangling milk after my shower, when my hair is still wet. Then I use the heat protector before using the blow dryer or I use it when my hair is dry, before using the flat iron. I think you can use this product with wet or dry hair as long as you put it on before using hot tools.

I’ve seen it used on both. Mist it while it’s wet. Blow dry then mist on each section before you flat iron. I haven’t used it yet but that’s what I’m going to do
