These glasses are comfortable and are great for early morning and anytime after the sun sets. Or cloudy days. Probably not the best for bright sun shiny days but I don’t know of any transitioning glasses that are.

No, they don't get really dark to look really cool. But they do darken enough, and stay light and clear in the night. They also do a good job of wind protection, although I stay off interstates. I'm thinking they'll be okay in rain, too. I ride long distance in all kinds of weather. I value function over "cool" every ride. I'll keep shopping for better, but I'm satisfied with these for now.

Best sunglasses ever. Works fine in low light. Considering the conditions I suspect the glasses won't be dark enough in strong sunlight and snow, but I'll give these glasses the benifit of the doubt. Anyway I purchased these for usage in the summertime with my motorbike, will never encounter snow+sun sitting on a motorbike. Fits my head great.

Avoid the photochromic lenses. I’ll take a small part of the guilt since they do state 16% on the listing, but it’s tucked away in the fine print. The listing is very misleading about how dark these lenses get. The change is barely noticeable and barely enough to take away the glare on a sunny day. Definitely not sunglasses but I guess I’ll hold on to them for night riding. All in all a cheap feeling product that isn’t worth it. I’m going to reorder the pair that these were supposed to replace and stay away from this misleading company.

Exactly as described. Photochromatic works as intended. Nice fit. Just remember there's no padding, which is what I wanted. Nice price.

Very disappointed, even for something as cheap as $25. The first thing I did was I tested them out, outside, with a cloth covering half of the lens. They darkened nicely, although not as dark as it seems they are supposed to. I tossed the box and considered them a win. Since then, I have noticed that they don't darken at all unless they are facing directly at the sun. Even during my 45 min commute or my daily 30 min walk in the sunshine, they don't darken at all. The only reason they get 3 stars is the frames are very comfortable, light-weight, and look stylish. I am hoping these will at least work while fishing, since there is constant sun exposure. I'll update my review as I have more time to experience them. Maybe they will work better after several exposures to the sun.

I put them on in the dark morning, ride to work, and use the same glasses in the sunny afternoon. Not super dark, but certainly work.

I ordered these for bicycling after doing a lot of research online and finding some wildly divergent reviews. (They are also marketed as "Bobster" brand glasses and mine actually did have that name on all the materials if you want to find it on the Bobster website). Some people said they worked great, some people said that the photochromic effect did not work at all. Some people said the glasses were too light, some said they were plenty dark.I decided to order directly from Amazon (even though they were on backorder) rather than a third-party vendor since I wanted to be able to return it easily if needed.Unfortunately, my caution was warranted. I took them out of the box, and they were almost clear. I left them outside in bright sun for about 10 minutes and when I came back to them, they had barely changed - maybe a miniscule amount darker, but nothing like what I needed or expected. They were way too light for my needs and would not be comfortable in full sun. Back to Amazon!

Tienen buena calidad y se ve muy claro con éstos lentes, el único problema que le veo es que no se obscurecen más de un 10 o 15% por lo que en lugares muy soleados y de colores claros sigue pasando demasiada luz...

Cheap feel and too curved. Curved glasses distort my view.
