What is floor material thickness and will in puncture easily?

I don't know what the thickness is. But it seems pretty normal for a tent. I usually put a tarp under the tent for extra protection. I sit a cot in the tent with kind of pointy feet and it has not punched through. I have used it around 8 nights so far. I am pretty happy overall for the price.

Does this tent come with a tarp to place underneath?

Only the section that was attached to the tent no extra tarp

Is this suitable for indoor use without using tent stakes, which would prob'ly not do my hardwood floors any good?

Maybe you could use weights or sand bags inside in the corners to keep it in place. I've done this with outdoor tents when I couldn't use stake on concrete pads or hard packed dirt
