Delivered as promised.Unfortunately the weights are NOT removable, so not as per product specification. This was an important feature influencing my choice, so am very disappointed. Not the first mention in the reviews of a departure from product specification.Please address this, it is an illegal practice.

Great I am in the process if learning to walk again after being bed bound for nearly two years. My physiotherapist recommended I get these to build up the strength in my arms and legs between the days when he comes out to me. They really are helping make me stronger especially my arms, which I need to be strong enough to use my walker, before using this my arms would give out and I would have to sit own. Nod I can stand up easily and few confident that my arms won't give out. Now that I can stand for a reasonable time. I am going to be starting on sideways steps, along the side of the bed, and the. Move on yo forward steps. I can't wait.

I love the colour and the weight is perfect for my physiotherapy exercises. The Velcro grips firmly but I think the strap is a little short for the ankles and could easily fall off if running. I don't think they would be appropriate for larger men.

It does what it's supposed to i.e. add extra weight at the ankles. Better for specific exercises rather than for walking as it's difficult to tighten around the ankle. This is a function of the size it has to be at 2kg, not a design fault.

Good but could be better the velcro straps are to short for anyone with large legs or biceps and give way on flex, great however for skinny people

Ordered these weights for my wife who has recently had a total knee replacement operation. Like the adjustable feature - just remove the little sand bags. Poor stitching means 4 stars instead of 5.
