I used to be a D'Addario user for 15 years, and 5 years ago I became a huge fan of Stringjoy. Perfect strings for drop tuning.
The 10-62’s are perfect for drop tuning a seven string. No rattling on the low end and you can still shred on the high. They also stay in tune extremely well. Highly recommend.
