Love this product, great smell that holds in my hair all day. A great addition to my hair care process.

Can't say enough good things about this brand! My hair is long (to the middle of my back) and for some reason decided to turn wavy in the last two years. My hair is NOT coarse but it gets terribly tangly on the bottom layers where the waves/curls are more prominent, to the point I sometimes have to cut little knots out. This shampoo and conditioner is about the only product I have found that does not weigh my hair down but cleans and conditions it and gets all the tangles out! My hair is nice and smooth afterwards, and the smell is divine. For reference, I also have Lanza healing care (it's like $30 a bottle), I have Bumble and Bumble ($34 for conditioner), and I've used everything from Alterna to Oribe - so I'm no stranger to "designer" hair products. I like this stuff enough that I'm about to buy the 32 oz size!

I've been using J Beverly Hills products for years and I stand by the quality of the product. However I received two deliveries of shampoo (first one I sent back) and the product leaked out into the plastic wrapping (and some leaked into the paper/bubble packaging as well). I don't know about you, but this stuff is liquid gold and I get every last drop before opening a new bottle. It's a waste to have it leaking out all over the place upon delivery. Perhaps Amazon should think about putting in a cardboard carton instead of a paper carton. Gave it two stars because I wanted top acknowledge the product but couldn't give it any more because of the shipping method.
