Very good substitute for Almond flour 1:1
I am allergic to almonds, and thus I can't bake with almond flour even on keto. This Nice cashew flour is very good substitute for Almond flour 1:1. It is clear and the baked goods look nice and bread like color. But, being cashew, I learned that it is not really keto friendly. :-( In any case, I still like it a lot, and prefer using it to other nut flours that I would be able to use, the grain is nice and fine, it smells good. It is a good flour.

Affordable and Quality
This is some of the best cashew flower around for the price and quality. I do a lot of gluten-free baking and this works well as an almond flour replacement (since I have an almond allergy). This is easily a staple for gluten-free baking.

Cashew flour is surprisingly versatile!
I have a severe gluten intolerance, so I have switched to nut flours. I tried almond, and it was versatile, but I don’t like almonds. But I love cashews, so I switched to cashew flour.I love it! I make paleo pancakes with it, paleo nutmeal (version of oatmeal but with the cashew flour ) and I’m experimenting with other things.So good!

Granular rather than flour
Sorry, not what I was expecting in texture or flavor. Could not use. Have never purchased before so maybe I didn’t know what to expect, a flour that tasted like cashews.
