I don't know much about cables. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super speed is right! *by J***J on Reviewed in the United States on February 21, 2017* Ninety-three thousand cords and cables, and I managed to lose both the ones for my external hard drive. I really didn't have anything in mind when I bought this one, other than simply needing something to connect my laptop to my external drive, but now that I'm using it, I'm really glad this is the one I picked.First, the blue is hard to miss, meaning I won't get it mixed up with the miles of black and white I generally carry, and the side angled connection is a great feature I didn't realize I was missing. The cable itself seems very well made -- much sturdier than any of the others I've had, and this one is long enough to set the hard drive out of my way, but not so long that I'm tripping over it.As for speed, well... It's even better than I expected. Of course, I know that data's going to fly when using a 3.0 USB, but the transfer rate with this one is noticeably faster than my previous cables, and that makes a big difference when backing up a TB of files. Super speed is right!
