adidas Men's Terrex Trailmaker Mid GTX Hiking Boots

I hate walking boots, they're often clunky and heavy... these however, I could wear all day every day. They saw me through a week in the Peak District. I went armed with boxes of blister plasters thinking that walking several miles a day in new shoes would be something I would regret. I'm pleased to report, I did not need those plasters! These were amazingly comfortable and did not hurt my feet at all. Straight out of the box and comfy. They had good grip for steep and slippy ascents. I walked straight through a small stream and my socks stayed dry. Highly recommend.

Love these extremely comfortable but after one use up a mountain the black paint is flaking around the front panel on them. Bit annoying but I'll keep then anyway.

A little bit tight which is my only complain the rest it's perfect. I can have it on for 12hrs and my feet doesn't become heavy. Nice stuff.

Gortex isn’t particularly waterproof but usually lasts at least several months before leaking. The Gortex on the boots has failed after only a couple of walks in dewy grass.Disappointing but they’re reasonably good boots. Won’t buy again though. Will revert to Berghaus whose Gortex last a bit longer and the boots are more breathable.

Let in water even walking in long grass. The smell from the shoes is horrific not something I have a problem with any other shoe or boot I’ve ever bought. Something is very wrong with the design, please don’t waste your money!
