*** MUST BUY *** Less than $20 and you won't regret buying it
First, some background: I destroyed my foot and after 2 surgeries, 8 months of being totally bedridden, and then learning to walk again (I just purchased my first and only pair of shoes 2 months ago), this is a must have. The hamstrings in both of my legs were shot and I now have a frankenfoot that is still healing I(almost 2 years later). This thing not only works/strengthens your hamstrings easily, it also stretches your foot out. It feels great on my good foot, too! It also comes with a spiky ball (pretty sturdy), but I have too much sensory deprivation in my frankenfoot to determine how good it is. And, it comes with a booklet that tells you how to stretch your foot, work on your hamstrings, etc. This device is made of very sturdy plastic (I initially thought it was metal) and I put all of my weight on it without any problems (around 200 lbs; yeah, I'm working on that, too!). If you have problems with your hamstrings, this device absolutely will help you. If you have problems with your feet, this device will help with that, too. If you are a person that doesn't get out much, this device is a good thing to use just to alleviate muscle atrophy. If you were bedridden for any period of time, this device is an absolutely must have.

Works great
I initially searched for a different stretcher that was priced around $110. I really didn't want to spend that much. This one had such great reviews that I decided to try it. I'm very pleased. It's extremely sturdy and comfortable and gives a great stretch. Happy to save the money!

Great Stretch, but Could Use Some Improvements
I recently tried this calf stretcher, and overall, I’m pleased with the stretch it provides. It feels effective and really helps relieve tension in my calves. However, I did notice that it tends to slip a bit during use, which can be a bit annoying. The included massage ball is a nice touch, but I wish it were made of rubber instead of hard plastic. A softer material would provide a more comfortable massage experience.Despite these minor drawbacks, I still think it’s a solid product for anyone looking to improve their calf flexibility. Just be mindful of the slipping issue!

Yes
I was diagnosed having plantar fasciitis on my rt foot and it must be the worst case because of the excruciating pain and I was unable to put pressure on the affected foot so therefore I can't walk at all. Since I can't move my foot at all for several days the tendon got tight and when I finally able to put pressure and attempted to walk it was so painful and unable to bend my affected foot. I tried so many home remedies but didn't work for me. Good thing I purchased this product and it made a huge difference I followed the instruction and I was able to stretch my foot slowly feeling some pain and eventually able to use it more, stretch more and I was able to regain walking with tolerable pain until I was able to fully bend my foot and almost back to normal. I really do believe in this product and I highly recommend it just follow the instruction and go easy at first and you will be back on your feet in no time.

Durable Hard Plastic
I'm dealing with plantar fasciitis for the last few months. I'm wearing a boot a night to keep my foot straight just so I can walk on my foot in the morning. I even tried wearing the boot all day but it's awkward and yet my foot does feels great when I leave the boot on.I had fasciitis many years ago and eventually it went away so I know with time this will too. I order this "rocker" and just received it and tried it out. It is a very hard plastic, durable. I tried it on the carpet and wood floors. There is 2 rubber strips on the bottom that keeps it from slipping. I tried it out barefooted and with shoes and each time I felt immediate relief after using. It is portable so I could take it to work or even leave it in the car if I need to have a good stretch. It works better than just bending and extending my leg.The booklet that comes with it shows exercises for the Upper Calf, Hamstrings, Toe Raise and Toe Touch but also by placing your foot sideways for the Front Lower Leg (Anterior Tibialis), Inner/Outer Foot Stretch, Lower Calf & Achilles Tendon. Doing it sideways I'm not feeling anything and I'm not even sure if you are suppose to and perhaps it's just an all around exercise to stretch all muscles. Anyway it was easy and the product was strong to stand on and I got relief immediately. The booklet highly recommends using flat rubber soled shoes.

Addicted to this thing
A few years ago, I used one of these at my tennis club to stretch before playing. If you position yourself properly, this little gem can stretch your Achilles, calves, hamstrings, and glutes. I use it every day, multiple times each day. I loved it so much, I bought one for home, both of my offices, and the tennis club. It's a great value at $18-$20.
