Works like a DREAM
This product always put me to sleep! It works really well but don’t take it too late at night or you”ll be groggy in the morning! Great price. The big bottle lasts for a long time.

Tried these over the gelcaps. I think the gelcaps are more potent or seem to take effect faster. But they do the job, just takes a bit longer.
