ACSM Certified Personal Trainer Exam Prep: Study Guide that highlights the information required to pass the ACSM CPT Exam to become a Certified Personal Trainer

I used this book to study for my personal trainer exam. I passed the exam without any issues. I would say that some information is slightly off from the actual ACSM Personal Trainer textbook, but all in all, I would say that it was extremely helpful. I highly recommend you purchase it if you are taking the ACSM CPT exam.

If you're feeling overwhelmed and NEED to get focused...THIS is the guide you need. It is concise. It gets to the point of what matters most. You still have to do the work and study (yes - re-read that), but this guide WILL calm your fears and organize your study time. The guy behind the book has AWESOME customer service. I know I drove him crazy with my questions and worries leading up to TEST day. He helped me through Facebook every time and eased my fears each time. I am thankful! I am a CPT!

This book is a great tool to prepare for the ACSM CPT exam. Good book but some items for review have nothing to do with Personal training or the ACSM Webinar for the preparation of the exam. Study the book and stilled failed.

i used this study guide to help me preparefor my acsm exam. this guide helped me focus on the areas i needed to zone in on for the exam.

Great item! Definitely narrows down more of what you need to know. The main book gives no direction. Highly recommend!

I think you need to edit a little better. There are some places in the book that just don't make sense, other places it appears that whoever was doing the summary of information just got tired and kinda slacked off at the end of a section. I wish I had specific examples for you, but I was too busy studying 😎

This was spot on, most have if you are going for a cerfication with ACSM. I ve tried everything and this was the best hands down.
